ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

  • All imprinted and blank orders are acknowledged in writing by fax to confirm pricing, imprinting instructions and shipping date.
  • Please call AITG's Customer Service Department immediately if any discrepancies exist.
  • Please call to confirm that we have received your faxed order.

UNIMPRINTED ITEMS

  • Deduct $2(G) per unit from catalog prices.

PRODUCTION TIME/RUSH SERVICES

  • 10 working days after art approvals (applies to catalog items and quantities).
  • Exact repeat orders require approximately 10 working days (applies to catalog items and quantities).
  • Additional charges may apply to non-Quick Ship catalog items required to ship in less than 10 working days (contact factory).

QUICK SHIP GUIDELINES

  • Items designated with logo in catalog and price sheet.
  • Applies to 125 items or less with standard imprints.
  • Please provide complete purchase order including art and complete shipping information.
  • Preapproved credit required.
  • Please provide all documentation to AITG by 3:00 pm E.S.T. (Receipt Date).
  • Order will ship 3 days from proof approval. Order will also need to ship overnight.

ORDER CHANGES

  • Please provide all changes to the factory in writing.
  • Please understand that after art approval, production begins.
  • Changes after this time may be subject to additional charges.
  • Cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.

CREDIT POLICY

  • Open account net 15 days is extended to firms with a satisfactory credit rating with ASI Credit Services.
  • We also require a signed credit application that includes a default agreement.
  • Non-rated firms must establish credit with AITG, or prepayment is required. Prepayment is required for custom orders.
  • MasterCard, Visa, and American Express charge cards are also accepted.
  • Company checks will be accepted, but require 7-10 days for check clearance before orders will be shipped.
  • A cashier's check or money order is required for immediate shipments.

RANDOM SAMPLES/MEMO BILL SAMPLES

  • Subject to availability, contact customer service.
  • Please provide complete purchase order.
  • Invoice must be paid in full.

OVERRUN SAMPLES

  • Please request at time of order.
  • Billed at order quantity price.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

  • All shipments are sent prepaid UPS, Fedex, or Motor Freight, unless otherwise advised.
  • The freight charges F.O.B. Celina, OH will be added to the invoice.
  • A handling charge per carton also applies.
  • Special shipping methods and requests are subject to additional handling charges.
  • All export shipments are subject to additional handling charges.
  • A $8.75(G) per Master Carton handling fee is charged on all shipments to ensure safe delivery.
  • Freight quotes can be provided upon request. DHL/Airborne Service is also available.
  • AITG can assume no liability for non-fulfillment of an order caused by inability to obtain raw materials; trade embargoes; strikes; any natural disaster (floods, hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones, earthquakes, etc.) or any other circumstances beyond our control.

DROP SHIPMENTS/SPLIT SHIPMENTS

  • $5(G) per package, plus shipping and handling.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

  • All shipments out of the United States incur a $25(G) documentation fee perlocation.
  • Contact name and phone numbers, including city and country code, must be provided for all International Shipments.
  • All International Shipments must be UPS or FedEx.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • Carefully inspect your order immediately to assure damage did not occur inshipment.
  • If damage occurs, contact our Customer Service Department at once.
  • A claim will be filed on your behalf if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES

  • Less-than-minimum charge: AITG offers very low quantity orders, however there is a one time, per order, less-than-minimum charge for all imprint orders under 30 pieces of the same item: $37.50(G).
  • Imprinting Plates: Plates that are not included with products unless specified. Some product required custom-sizrd plates. Prices and materials are available upon request. Refer to pages 276-277 for available stock plates.
  • Special Handling Charges: Insertion or application of customer funished components: photo insertion fee $.75(X); personlaized box inserion fee: $1.50(X); generic box insertion fee: $.50(X).

ELECTRONIC ARTWORK

  • Artwork can be sent by e-mail to art@efpmail.com Reference your purchase order number and company name.
  • Lasering or Etching requirements: Please send VECTOR artwork only (BITMAP files, METAFILES, or PAGE LAYOUT files will not reproduce with quality.) Properly made PDF files from VECTOR files are acceptable. Please send artwork files with all elements in Black & White (without grayscales). Line thicknesses should be at least 1.5 points. Please provide a hard copy printout of layouts, a faxed version is acceptable.
  • Silkscreen requirements: Please supply, in vector format and in solid black and white, any art being screened in solid PMS spot color. Please supply, in vector format and in full color, any art being screened in CMYK color. Please supply, in rasterized CMYK color format (TIFF, GIF, JPEG with a resolution of 300 d.p.i. or greater) and as needed to be reproduced, any photo art being screened in four-color process.
* AITG reserves the right to imprint in other methods if deemed necessary.

Camera-Ready Black and White Artwork is acceptable if rendered on high quality paper. Minimum resolution for all the output should be 600 dpi.

Guide for Type sizes in etching

  • San Serif fonts (ex. Helvetica) = 12 pt or larger
  • Script fonts (ex. Shelley) = 15 to 18 pt or larger
  • Serif fonts (ex. Times) = 14 pt or larger.
  • Please refrain from using Open Face fonts (ex. Caslon Open Face) the lines are not thick enough and will not etch with quality.
*Please note - AITG will not be responsible for the quality in etching for text point sizes smaller than specified above.

  • Please send a copy of the artwork you e-mailed with your purchase order. Any artwork changes (re-do, adjustments or touchup): $75(G). Any change from original artwork may also require additional lead-time.

PAPER PROOFS

  • First paper proof per order is no charge.
  • Additional paper proofs incur an additional charge of $18.75(G).
  • Please return proof approvals within 24 hours so as not to effect requested ship date.


SETUP AND RUN CHARGES

Setup

  • One time charge of $79(G) per logo sent electronically.
  • Exact repeat orders with "identical" art receive no setup charge.
  • Screen Charge $40(G) per color, per location.
  • Art Resizing $25(G)

Repeat Setup

  • Repeat Screen Charge $22.50(G) per color, per location.

Additional Run Charges

  • Screen Printing Run Charge $2.50(G) per unit, per color, per location.

Copy Changes & Personalization

  • 1 to 2 lines $7.75(G) each item.
  • 3 to 4 lines $10(G) each item.
  • 5 to 10 lines $18.75(G) each item.
  • 11 and more $37.50(G) each item.
  • Signature Fee $12.50(G) each item.

Colorfill/Screening Running Charges

  • Standard Colorfill is listed with item.
  • Additional Colors $5(G) per color, per item, per surface.
  • Additional Screen Printing Colors $2.50(G) per unit, per color, per surface.
  • Etched Metal Plate Colorfill additional colors $5(G) per unit, per color.

Imprinting/Additional Positions

  • Catalog pricing includes the standard imprint.
  • Oversize or additional positions $7.75(G) per location.
  • Setup and run charges apply to additional imprint areas.
  • Etched Metal Plate additional location charges contact factory.

Custom Orders

  • 50% order deposit is required prior to production.
  • All custom orders require a Prototype. Prototypes will be billed separately, including tooling, imprint, materials, and other associated charges.

GUARANTEE

We will gladly replace any reasonable defects in an AITG business gift. It is understood that variations of size, color, and/or patterns are characteristic of art quality handmade gifts and are not considered defects. Surface variation, grain, texture, veining and surface cracking are natural ocurrences that appear throughout natural materials and may affect your copy; however, as they cannot be avoided when using natural materials, no replacement will be provided for these occurrences.
