Visions Awards acquires Recognition Awards

Celina, Ohio based company Visions/Awardcraft has acquired Recognition Awards Company of Minster, Ohio, a designer and manufacturer of donor walls, halls of fame, history displays and naming plaques. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Recognition Awards allows us to extend our product offerings with unique design solutions integrating many material options. Creative and attractive donor recognition displays play an important role in expanding sales growth to education, healthcare and non-profit organizations," states Dave Willis, President of Visions/Awardcarft.
